BLT........anyone?



I couldn't resist, it looked so pretty and hell, I was just very proud of myself Lol :B

    And after all those complex dishes, "How do you make a sandwich?" :D

    1. Miss.IQ, I feel prouder when you feel proud of me =] so thank you and yes I understand your love for sandwiches ( I did before as well, just more so now )

      I used to say a lot of things about food in general before I started trying to cook, so you have to forgive me for the past pls :)

    i dont see lettuce :O ive trained my eyes to not see green (err except my pesto of course :P)

      I can safely say I love greens, always have.Infact I feel better about rich food if I see even a little green in it :P

    1. Ello TS :) Thanks for taking the time to peek in here and commenting =]

      Orite recipe... its no work at all really but since you asked I shall oblige..

      Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
      Toast the 2 slices of bread.

      Spread 1 tablespoon mayo on each slice of toasted bread. (More or less, to taste).

      Add 1 slice of lettuce
      Add 2 slices of tomato on top of lettuce.

      Arrange 3 slices of bacon evenly on top of tomato. (Break bacon slices in half to fit, if needed.).
      Add 1 slice of lettuce on top of bacon.
      Put the remaining piece of mayo-spreaded toast on top to finish the sandwiches.
      Enjoy!

      NOTE: I also like to butter the toast slices before adding the mayo -- higher in fat, but tastier, in my opinion!
