Gobi Aloo a la IQ

Good evening everyone, this afternoon I decided to go desi and thus prepared the following dish for thy delight and consumption. Voici, le repas de gobi aloo!

Avec une bay leaf! Oooo

Food that's just outta the world! Aaaaa

Lots of mustard seed and black pepper, yum yum!

I had clicked these pics on my last trip to India, as simple as it may look it was truly fascinating to walk the streets and at times have these beautiful people even pose for me :D Anyhow was totally inspired by Nerdyy's Paris post to do this.........so thank you Guru ji =]

My first attempt at making this dish was a bullseye hit.....so much that it was in demand the very next day ! :D ohhh and THEN Miss. IQ took my recipe and made it again herself with mushrooms :P So......see! I know it may not look all that.....but it was all that. :D Enjoyyyy :P

Happy Birthday, Angel ! 

I wanted to dedicate a few dishes for your birthday... but since you are hamari IQ's best friend I don't know you well enough personally to know what exactly you like lol hmm.....  But I tried this mutton dish a few days ago and it turned out really well.... Forgive me for posting this late but I had technical difficulties. That said... this dish turned out amazing and was absolutely delicious and even better because I don't like chewy mutton, and this was anything but chewy :D so since this is one dish meant to be dedicated for you I hope you dont mind if I invite everyone else to partake of it - there will be more dishes to your liking in the near future :)
