Christmas Cake

Hello everyone. I was so proud of my baking skills - this time making the cake from scratch (frosting and all)... Layla wanted to see it ¬_¬

It's peach, passionfruit, raspberry and red plum filling with a buttercream frosting and yep some toasted coconut on top. 

While this is titled Christmas Cake, it will likely be one of several :D
