Poulet Roti........An Attempt (Nerdyy's Recipe)

Shahi Paneer
I'm not sure if this is how the Chicken should look but I will say this - It was delish :D and the veggies were yummy too, except for the carrots which didn't quite cook to perfection (Couldn't get a picture in cause I was too excited to get on with the eating process) :P

Once again, I must thank Guru Ji for taking the time to post this recipe for me :)

Oh and the Paneer wasn't so bad either :D Miss.IQ, dig into that :D

Enjoy Guys!! =]

MT

Inspired by the events documented in the previous episode, the following contains mature graphic content that is mouth watering, tempting and oh-so-deelishus. Viewer discretion is advised.
(in Dean's awaz.)

Really? I have to admit, I was totally mesmerized by Smoke's chicken curry. The texture, the gravy, and yeah ok I admit even the way the chicken looks. So, that in mind, this is what I came up with. Looks like matar paneer, doesn't it? Well, it's not. Ha! It's actually and somehow better (or maybe it was because of ...this time around... just the way I made it.) MATAR TOFU.

And I'm going to have to say it, but the tofu did amazingly- and I mean AMAZINGLY- well in this dish, having been lightly fried and being crispy on the outside and soft inside, it somehow had a better texture for absorbing the flavours of the gravy outside....cannot explain it. But I CAN say that this dish was finished in uno sitting. Can you say 'slurp and burp'? ;)

Guru ji's Chicken Curry :D

I've tried this recipe just the one time when I was still brand new to cooking and I can safely say, this time around I was a lot less nervous and very confident following orders (Nerdyy's) :P and I am very proud of the final product.. smells great........... and tastes awesome :D

Thank you Guru ji - this one is alllllllllllllll for you :D

Ps: Only if you wish you share it with the others :P

Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken

So, I figured I'd try something a little different with my chicken this time around, went through a few recipes before I found 2 that I liked, so thought I'd combine them both and experiment and here's the result.

It looks pretty much like Tangri but its not hmphh Lol

Oh and it was yummy so yayy!! :D Experiment successful! :D
