Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I'm so proud of you haha :D Now you ought to understand my love for sandwiches :P Colourful ones LOL "Can't you make normal food?"
And after all those complex dishes, "How do you make a sandwich?" :D
Miss.IQ, I feel prouder when you feel proud of me =] so thank you and yes I understand your love for sandwiches ( I did before as well, just more so now )
I used to say a lot of things about food in general before I started trying to cook, so you have to forgive me for the past pls :)
Ello TS :) Thanks for taking the time to peek in here and commenting =]
Orite recipe... its no work at all really but since you asked I shall oblige..
Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels. Toast the 2 slices of bread.
Spread 1 tablespoon mayo on each slice of toasted bread. (More or less, to taste).
Add 1 slice of lettuce Add 2 slices of tomato on top of lettuce.
Arrange 3 slices of bacon evenly on top of tomato. (Break bacon slices in half to fit, if needed.). Add 1 slice of lettuce on top of bacon. Put the remaining piece of mayo-spreaded toast on top to finish the sandwiches. Enjoy!
NOTE: I also like to butter the toast slices before adding the mayo -- higher in fat, but tastier, in my opinion!
